VJ Books Presents Author Christian White!
Christian White was born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. He studied writing at university and aspired to be a professional writer for years. Success took lots of hard work and persistence, and in the interim he held a random assortment of day jobs. White has worked as an apple picker, an adult film editor, and a golf course food cart driver, just to name a few. All along he kept writing, starting five different manuscripts and finishing two, in addition to various script writing projects.
The second finished manuscript he entered into writing contests, and it won the Victorian Premier’s Literary Award for Best Unpublished Manuscript. The novel in its finished form, titled The Nowhere Child will be published around the world next year. White has co-created a television series, Carnivores, which is in production, and co-written a feature film, Relic, which is also in the early stages of production. He has written several short films.
White lives Melbourne, Australia, where he is hard at work writing his next book.
