Hi David,
Dan Simmons has been one of our favorite authors for many years.
His Hyperion Series was produced in beautiful limited edtions by Subterranean Press. Unfortunately, the have been out-of-print for a long time. Copies are available on the aftermarket. Check www.bookfinder.com to find out where.
Dan Simmons is still active. However, his next book, Omega Canyon , has been postponed to January 1, 2021.
