I started reading Rain Fall and enjoyed it but had some trouble getting into it with the style of writing.
It was a different book with the Japanese/US good guy being an assassin but I liked the book.
I then read Hard Rain and am now an addict on these books and reading through them with great enthusiasm and can recommend this as a good paced action story. There is a lot of descriptive parts where I move over quickly but well worth the read.
I would recommend this set if you want to read something different but really enjoyable.
