VJ Books Presents Authors John David Mann & Brandon Webb!
Brandon Webb (L) & John David Mann (R)
Brandon Webb left home at age 16 and joined the Navy as soon as he was able. He was deployed Afghanistan and the Middle East and in 2000 he was invited to train as a Navy SEAL Sniper. Webb served with SEAL Team 3 and received multiple distinguished service awards during his time in the Navy. He eventually made the decision to end his military career early and instead focus on his family and business pursuits, but not before becoming head instructor at the Navy SEAL sniper school.
After leaving the Navy, Webb completed Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management program and forged a path to entrepreneurial success as the founder of two highly successful companies, Crate Club, and Sofrep. He is also the author of a dozen books, fiction and non-fiction. He now lives in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
John David Mann had already established himself as a prize-winning composer and concert cellist by the time he was old enough to drive. At 17 he and his friends founded an alternative high school which saw its students win places at multiple Ivy-League universities. After graduating, he began teaching, and since then, he has successfully started several companies, including two publishing companies. He founded Upline journal and also held the position of Editor in Chief at Networking Times. Mann has co-authored nearly 30 books, including Brandon Webb's memoirs. He is married to Ana Gabriel Mann, who also narrates his audio books.
Webb and Mann have written 7 books together, starting with
The Red Circle (2012), and most recently including a novel, Steel Fear (to be released July 2021), about a serial killer on the loose aboard an aircraft carrier.
