Ross RitchellRoss Ritchell is a combat veteran of the United States Army 75th Ranger Regiment. Upon his discharge, he enrolled at Northwestern University, where he earned an MFA. He also holds a degree in marketing from Loyola University Chicago.

His debut novel, The Knife, was published February 2015.

He lives with his wife and two Labrador retrievers in the Midwest.
