Edit: customer service contacted me within the hour to resolve this which is really awesome. We worked it out and this has been resolved!

The dust jacket was ripped as if a box cutter went across it, and the corner was dented as if it was dropped. It's not the worst issue because of the great discount, but I wish it would have been in the same condition as the rest of the books which all were near-perfect. I contacted VJ Books but never received a response. They're probably super busy.
