I ordered the more expensive signed UK 1st edition of Brandon Sanderson's Skyward. Awesome book by the way. Sanderson is a genius. I already had the signed US edition but also wanted the signed UK edition. Unfortunately I received the lower cost and more available US edition, which I already had, rather than the harder to find UK edition that I ordered. It took three business days of emails and phone messages to finally get a response. I was getting nervous since this was my first time ordering from VJ Books. Fortunately I finally received a response from VJ Books and they quickly resolved their mistake by sending me the correct UK edition with little added burden on my part. I am happy with the end result. I would suggest to VJ Books a better customer service response time and more careful inspection of the ordered items before shipping.  Aside from the slow response time, they live up to their business mantra "to make it right".

Unfortunately,  VJ Books didn’t have the specific book I was looking for but they did have the authors signed bookplates! My order arrived early and the bookplate was perfectly wrapped for protection. Thank you VJ Books!
