5 of 5 Easily the best horror novel I've read this year November 11, 2021

This is a stunning example of literary horror at its finest. The concept is intriguing and only gets more so as we learn more about the protagonist's past and the mystery deepens. It's an interesting mix of new-world technology coupled with an origin story that comes out of America's darker history. This one is twisty, plausible and utterly captivating. Can't wait to read more by Scott Chase/MK. This one blew me away.
