VJ Books Presents Author Charlton Pettus!
 Charlton Pettus was born in Washinton D.C. in 1963, and as a child he lived in Brookline, Massachusetts. He is a songwriter and producer by trade. He met British musician Curt Smith while living in New York City in 1995, and the two began collaborating together. In 2000, Pettus became a songwriter, producer, and touring guitarist for the newly reunited band Tears for Fears.
Pettus's debut novel, a thriller titled Exit Strategy, will be published in May 2018 by Hanover Square Press. He currently lives in Los Angles, California.
