VJ Books Presents Author Kelley Armstrong!
Kelley Armstrong was born in 1968 in Sudbury, Ontario. She studied Psychology at the university of Western Ontario and then got a second degree in Computer Programming at Fanshawe College with the intention of writing at the same time.
Armstrong worked as a corporate programmer for several years while working on her stories, and in 1999 she sold her first novel, Bitten, which would be published in 2001. Since then she has escaped from her day job and continued creating fantasy worlds as a full-time career. She writes mostly fantasy, especially urban fantasy, and often incorporates romantic themes.
Armstrong lives in southwestern Ontario with her family.
