Dear John:
"When I order more than one book per order, how is the shipping and handling calculated when the books won't lay-down (arrive from the publisher) at the same time?" (W. Bourne)

John responds:
When you place your order the system pings the USPS site for weight-based shipping, and then adds $2.71 per book for handling. Handling covers inspection, acetate jacket, bubble wrap, box and insurance. We ship the books out as they come in from the publisher but do not charge you additional shipping and handling fees when they ship separately. We appreciate when our customers order books and consider this reduced shipping fee as a "thank you" for your business."

Good reading!
