I live in Europe, so I ordered the book and had it sent to a friend in the US who then brought it to me when she visited. It was therefor essential that it arrived in time. Which it did, even though I ordered late and it was December. So, very happy with the speedy delivery. The book had an extra layer of wrapping, which is great (as it's a signed copy). So, all in all: great service!
