The only hardcover edition of Clive Cussler's Blue Gold was produced by us (Norwood Press) in limited edition format. There were 98 numbered and 52 lettered and have been long sold out. Skeleton Coast was produced in three hardcover formats by Norwood Press; 98 Numbered, 52 lettered, plus 100 trade, which are sold out. The lettered and numbered are on the site.
