VJ Books Presents Author Jesse Kellerman!
 Jesse Kellerman was born in Los Angeles in 1978. Between high school and college, he spent a year studying at an Israeli yeshiva, Sha'alvim. He holds a BA in psychology from Harvard University (2001) and an Master's of Fine Arts in playwriting from Brandeis University (2003).
In 2006, he published his first novel, Sunstroke. Since then he's published four more novels: Trouble (2007), The Genius (2008; UK title: The Brutal Art), The Executor (2010), and Potboiler (2012; UK title: I'll Catch You).
Jesse and his father, bestselling novelist and psychologist Jonathan Kellerman, have created the new Golem series. The first installment, The Golem of Hollywood, was published in 2014. The second installment, The Golem of Paris, will be released November 2015.
He lives in Berkeley, California, with his wife and son.
