Dear John:

I have an author signed, remainder marked, first addition, first print of Nevada Barr's "High Country". Within the book, pages 53 through 84 are repeated and pages 85 through 116 are missing. That is, part of chapter 6 and all of chapter 7 are not there. The book is in like new condition. I'm the first owner and I bought it from vjbooks about a year ago. Does this discrepancy make the book more rare and increase it's value?

D. Harvey (Utah)

Virginia replies:
Hi David- The book you have is indeed rare! Valuable? Not so much ;-)
We'll send you another in our next postal run.
